With Zencha, Sebastian Herkner - inspired by traditional Japanese rituals and craftsmanship - has created a well-thought-out bathroom series that combines unusual above counter basins with purist furniture.

The most striking design feature of the basin and bathtub is the rounded shape, which ends in a graceful, softly curved outward edge.

Nowadays, the bathroom is considered a place of retreat and rituals.

With balanced shapes and colors, Zencha appeals to the senses.

Countertops, furniture and bathtubs of the Zencha series create a feel-good ambience in the bathroom.

Ceramics:

The above counter basins, inspired by Japanese tea bowls, are slightly bulbous at the bottom and taper with a subtle curve to a slightly outward sloping rim.

The wash bowls made of DuraCeram® with rounded corners are available in square or rectangular, and optionally with or without a tap hole platform.

The drain cover in the ceramic color is perfectly integrated into the basin, and the rigid slotted waste protects against overflowing of the basin.

A special expression of the outstanding quality is the lifetime warranty that is granted on Zencha ceramics.

Furniture and cabinets:

Purist furniture with its straight lines and plenty of storage space creates a harmonious contrast to the organically curved sanitary products.

A distinctive feature of the furniture is the delicate frame that is only 6 mm thick.

The resulting shadow gap makes the furniture look elegant and light.

Zencha furniture is modular and versatile - as open shelves or drawers with tip-on and self-closing technology.

In combination with the above counter basin, they become a shapely eye-catcher in the bathroom.

Matching faucets and accessories:

With the high-quality C.1 faucets, optionally in chrome or black matt or the elegant White Tulip faucets by Philippe Starck, the Zencha washbasin creates a harmonious overall picture.

The Starck T accessories for the washbasin and toilet area also match perfectly in black matt or chrome - whichever look you prefer.

What is the standard delivery time?

We recommend you do not arrange a start date with your installer until all your goods have been delivered and checked to ensure they are correct and show no signs of damage.

Can I pick a specific day for my delivery?

Standard delivery times are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

What are the free delivery exclusions?

If you happen to reside in an area that is considered to be 'remote' by our couriers, you may incur additional delivery charges.

How will my goods be delivered?

Small items such as Taps and Accessories will be delivered by courier, the courier will contact you ahead of delivery, should the delivery date not be convenient you will have the option to amend the date.

Large items such as Baths, Ceramics, Furniture, Shower Trays and Enclosures will be delivered on a pre-arranged, palletised, kerbside delivery service and therefore your assistance will be required to take the items into your property.

The delivery driver may take the pallet away for you, please note this is at the driver's discretion, if this is not possible you will have to make provision to dispose of the pallet.

Should I inspect my goods on delivery?

We understand it is not always possible to inspect all your goods upon delivery, if this is the case please sign as unchecked otherwise the delivery is deemed as complete and undamaged.

Should you note visibal damage upon delivery please inspect the products further, should you accept the delivery photograpic evidence would assist with any claims against the haulier.

As soon as your order arrives, please check carefully for missing items and also damage.

What happens if delivery takes place when I am not at home?

Please ensure someone is at home on the agreed day of delivery.

If we cannot deliver the items a redelivery fee will apply.

Can I collect my order instead?

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Brombrough, Wirral, CH62 3NX.

Please call or email upon placing an order to advise you wish to collect, otherwise goods will be delivered.

Returns

It’s important to us that you are happy with your Draw a Bath purchase.

If you are not totally satisfied you can return it within 14 days and we will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment.

Please note any made to order items such as Furniture to size and finish are non-returnable.

How do I return an item?

All items (apart from custom orders) can be returned up to 14 days from delivery.

Returns must be authorised, so please call us on 0151 459 6777 or email enquiries@drawabath.co.uk and we will happily guide you through the process.

Please note, we will only accept products if they are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging.

The cost of return is your responsibility and we suggest that any return is covered with suitable insurance and proof of sending.
